6:30am to 8:00am  
Salute the sun with your 90mins of vinyasa flow. A dynamic practice to strengthen core, stretch, stimulate digestive function, align the centre to your soul.  

Nourish:
8:30am to 9:30am 
Time to feed every cell in your body with the perfect balance of key nutrients & the most important meal of your day Breakfast. Meal designed by your Nutritionist; Dayne Crocker and Raw Chef; Veet Karen 
Perfectly selected from all local organic produce to set you up for your day and continue the detoxification process. 

Wisdom
10:00am to 11:30am 
Knowledge is power. This is the your time to gain wisdom, improve your yoga practice, & open the mind as we teach you all aspects of living a sustainable, wholefoods and chemical free lifestyle. 

Nourish 
12:30pm to 1:30pm 
Now your mind is stimulated its time to nourish every cell with an array of living foods and an anti-inflammatory liver cleansing juice. 

Wisdom
2:00pm to 3:00pm 
Come sit, digest, learn & master some of the most useful raw food kitchen skills needed to take back into your everyday life as we teach you how to create a living wholefoods kitchen through a practical cooking demonstration. 

Restore:
3:00pm to 5:00pm 
Enjoy the moment, be still & be present with self. Enjoy a freshly brewed tea of detoxifying herbs followed by your choice of exploring the local area, reading a book or a massage/ spa treatment to stimulate detoxification and circulation.

if your thing is wildlife, you can head to Yala National Park on safari amongst the word’s highest
concentration of leopards, or enjoy the company of large herds of elephants at Udawalawe Reserve,
or visit the Turtle Conservation Area at Rekawa by night, to be enthralled as turtles arrive to lay their
eggs.

In the Air:
With a large proportion of over 100 species being indigenous, the Bandula Bird Sanctuary attracts
every enthusiast to this wetlands area, and many species can also be found wherever you look in Yala
and Udawalawe.

At Sea:
Blue Whales have become a key part of any trip to the island. Whale watching Sri Lanka style can be
organized with trips from Mirissa only 45 minutes away.  Or for chance sightings while Dolphin
watching Sri Lanka. Closer to home, get aboard our Fishing Boat (please ask us for details to hire the
boat) to try your hand alongside Mawella’s fishermen, dive off the boat to swim or snorkel, or just
observe the Blow Hole at Kudawella from the sea .

To See:
A short trip from us are the Mulkirigala Caves boasting a remarkable temple and monastery carved
out of a large and sheer rock formation in the surrounding forest. Also nearby, fans of Bawa’s
architecture should visit Ruhuna University and Claughton House. There’s the Dutch Fort at Matara to
Warm you up before a visit to Galle and its own UNESCO World Heritage Site at the fort. This area is also an oasis for some browsing and shopping in its' boutiques.

DCK RAW CHOCOLATE CRUNCHY BAR



DCK RAW CRUNCHY BAR

This is truly the way nature intended chocolate to be, naturally! Rich in essential superfood nutrients that will feed your vital force, make your skin glow & nourish your soul. Commercial chocolates are not only high in refined sugars, refined dairy & hidden refined soy products but contain many chemicals, artificial colours and additives that cause oxidative stress on the body. These raw chocolate crunchy bars actually nourish your body and assist in concentration, high levels of antioxidants, energy production & nervous system support making them perfect for kids lunch box treats. 

Ingredients: 
  • 500g block of organic cacao butter 
  • 1 cup of organic cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic ground vanilla bean 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon spices 
  • 1 pinch of pink himalayan rock salt
  • 2 dessert spoons of raw organic honey or manuka honey
  • 1 cup of raw organic buckwheat soaked and rinsed overnight 
  • 10 organic dates soaked over night 
  • 1 cup of organic blueberries 
Method:
  1. bring a large saucepan of water to a simmer.
  2. in your large mixing bowl add your chopped up block of cacao butter & slowly melt over the simmering water. The trick is to let it temper slowly over a low heat so you retain all of those glorious nutrients.
  3. After about 20 minutes the cacao butter will have reduced to a golden liquid, place on your timber cutting board and allow to cool for around 10 minutes.
  4. Sift your cacao powder into the liquid mix & stir as you sift. 
  5. Stir in your spices, vanilla bean powder & raw honey until mixed thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into your rectangular tin baking tray or chocolate slab molds. 
  7. Sprinkle evenly over your chocolate the buckwheat & the roughly chopped dates. They will set into the chocolate.
  8. Place in the fridge and let set for around 1 hour.
  9. take out of your molds and cut into sections or break up into chunks for a raw finish. 
  10. you can store in your fridge for up to 7 days & will keep in the freezer for weeks.

Ingredients: (Makes up to 5 250g Jars)
  • 1/2 purple cabbage 
  • 1 large beetroot
  • 1 large orange carrot
  • 1 large purple carrot 
  • 1 large`red onion 
  • 1 dessert spoon synergy super greens
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric mixed spices (curry)
  • 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan rock salt 
Method:
  1. Finely Chop all of your Purple Cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in half of your pink Himalayan rock salt and press with your mallet until all mixed through.
  2. grate your root vegetables & red onion. Add into the mix with the remaining PINK Himalayan rock and & press with your mallet until mixed through.
  3. Add in all your dry ingredients & stir through until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Spoon contents into your jars & compress with your mallet or spoon. 
  5. sit in your cupboard for 5 days and refrigerate after opening. 

Contents will last for up to 7 days in the fridge.

Almond loves Caramel Raw Chocolate Cups

Ingredients: 
  • 500g block of organic cacao butter 
  • 1 cup of organic cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic ground vanilla bean 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon spices 
  • 100g of Almond butter 
  • 2 dessert spoons or raw organic honey 
  • 5 Soaked dates 
Method:
  1. bring a large saucepan of water to a simmer.
  2. in your large mixing bowl add your chopped up block of cacao butter & slowly melt over the simmering water. The trick is to let it temper slowly over a low heat so you retain all of those glorious nutrients.
  3. in your food processor blend your dates until a paste. fold in your almond butter until mixed evenly.
  4. After about 20 minutes the cacao butter will have reduced to a golden liquid, place on your timber cutting board and allow to cool for around 10 minutes.
  5. Sift your cacao powder into the liquid mix & stir as you sift. 
  6. Stir in your spices, vanilla bean powder & raw honey until mixed thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture into your chocolate molds. this shoudl make up to 30 chocolates.
  8. take a teaspoon and drop a 1/4 of a teasppon of the almond date paste into each chocolate mold. 
  9. Place in the fridge and let set for around 1 hour.
  10. take out of your molds and cut into sections or break up into chunks for a raw finish. 
  11. you can store in your fridge for up to 10 days if you don't use the blueberries and this chocolate will keep in the freezer for weeks.

Ingredients: 
  • 500g block of organic cacao butter 
  • 1 cup of organic cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic ground vanilla bean 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon spices 
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cardamon spices 
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cumin spices 
  • 2 dessert spoons or raw organic honey 
  • 200g organic sun dried white mulberries 
  • 1 cup of organic blueberries 
Method:
  1. bring a large saucepan of water to a simmer.
  2. in your large mixing bowl add your chopped up block of cacao butter & slowly melt over the simmering water. The trick is to let it temper slowly over a low heat so you retain all of those glorious nutrients.

Banarama Fig & Coconut Paleo Pancakes


From Earth Banarama Paleo Pancakes 







Ingredients:

3 large bananas 
2 free range organic eggs or duck eggs
2 dessert spoons of coconut flour 
1 dessert spoon of LSA OR Almond Meal 
1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
1 scoop of Sunwarrior vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder 
4 organic sun dried figs (soak over night) or 1/2 cup blueberries 

Method:

1. in your large mixing bowl mash your three bananas. Once smooth add in your 2 eggs & whip with a fork until smooth.
2. chop up your soaked figs & add into the mash.
3. add in your coconut flour & mix thoroughly. (tip) for a smoother consistency sift in the flour to reduce lumpies.
4. let your batter rest for around 5 minutes.
5. Heat your fry pan at a moderate heat with your extra virgin coconut oil.
6. Add into two table spoons of your batter at a time and cook on each side for around 3 minutes. 
7. Stack on your serving plate and add some fresh berries to serve and a sprinkle of cacao powder.

This one is for the whole family & can be enjoyed daily! It really tastes like a chocolate smoothie only GREEN, VEGAN & full of love. There is no other food on the planet that can give you the high levels of all nutrients then this nourishing daily additive. A quick & Easy daily essential that the whole family will love as your breakfast, a treat or that afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Soaked & Rinsed Activated Almonds (soak overnight)
  • 1 Banana (frozen overnight)
  • 1 bunch of washed organic spinach 
  • 1 Dessert Spoon Synergy Natural Supergreens (Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley & Wheat Grass)
  • 2 Scoops of Sunwarrior Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
  • 500ml of Filtered Water or 500ml Chi Coconut Water. 

Method:

  • In your Vitamix add all of your almonds, banana & dry ingredients.
  • Add in your spinach along with your liquids.
  • Cover & blend for 30secs.
  • Serve & be nourished.

A healthy liver means healthy Kidneys which in turn means a healthy gallbladder. This will not only see your body having optimal digestive function but will insure your gallbladder is producing enough bile to breakdown your food which in turn will see effective absorption of nutrients in the small intestine. This all flows on to feed your vital force building a strong immune system insuring toxins are expelled from the body effectively & nourishing your bodily systems. 

Tip: sluugish liver and kidney function effects the bile production in your gallbladder resulting in poor digestive breakdown of nutrients like proteins, fats and sugars causing gut inflammation.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup OOB Organic Blueberries 
  • 1 small chopped Beetroot 
  • 1/2 small chopped Purple Carrot 
  • 3 stalks of Purple Kale 
  • 1 dessert spoon of Synergy Natural Supergreens (spirulina, chlorella, barley & wheat grass) GF
  • 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder

Method:

From Earth To Plate Is Back Online

This weeks Recipes & Winter Survival Guide 

Mungbeans I am back From spending 5 months on the glorious Isles of Thailand. Wow what an adventure it was full of detoxification, working with clients from all over the globe & deepening my yoga practice. I am proud to announce that I am ow writing for Primary Times in London and also Bauer media for many national publications promoting wholefoods, sustainability, clean living & a life chemical free, naturally! 

To kick start the earth to plate drought I will be posting 2 nourishing smoothies recipes this week that you can incorporate into your daily scope & ones that the whole family can enjoy. I will also be featuring my raw blueberry and white mulberry vegan organic chocolate recipe together with my winter survival guide. 

I am So excited to be back online and sharing my wholefoods life with you. I hope to inspire the world to live a sustainable, nourished and happy life that sees us living as one with not only our sacred earth but one with ourselves.
