From Earth Vital Force Sauerkraut

Ingredients: (Makes up to 5 250g Jars)
  • 1/2 purple cabbage 
  • 1 large beetroot
  • 1 large orange carrot
  • 1 large purple carrot 
  • 1 large`red onion 
  • 1 dessert spoon synergy super greens
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric mixed spices (curry)
  • 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan rock salt 
Method:
  1. Finely Chop all of your Purple Cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in half of your pink Himalayan rock salt and press with your mallet until all mixed through.
  2. grate your root vegetables & red onion. Add into the mix with the remaining PINK Himalayan rock and & press with your mallet until mixed through.
  3. Add in all your dry ingredients & stir through until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Spoon contents into your jars & compress with your mallet or spoon. 
  5. sit in your cupboard for 5 days and refrigerate after opening. 

Contents will last for up to 7 days in the fridge.

Almond loves Caramel Raw Chocolate Cups

From Earth Almond loves Caramel Cups

Chocolate the way nature intended, naturally!
Rich in essential superfood nutrients that will feed your vital force & nourish your soul. Perfect for the whole family.




Ingredients: 
  • 500g block of organic cacao butter 
  • 1 cup of organic cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic ground vanilla bean 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon spices 
  • 100g of Almond butter 
  • 2 dessert spoons or raw organic honey 
  • 5 Soaked dates 
Method:
  1. bring a large saucepan of water to a simmer.
  2. in your large mixing bowl add your chopped up block of cacao butter & slowly melt over the simmering water. The trick is to let it temper slowly over a low heat so you retain all of those glorious nutrients.
  3. in your food processor blend your dates until a paste. fold in your almond butter until mixed evenly.
  4. After about 20 minutes the cacao butter will have reduced to a golden liquid, place on your timber cutting board and allow to cool for around 10 minutes.
  5. Sift your cacao powder into the liquid mix & stir as you sift. 
  6. Stir in your spices, vanilla bean powder & raw honey until mixed thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture into your chocolate molds. this shoudl make up to 30 chocolates.
  8. take a teaspoon and drop a 1/4 of a teasppon of the almond date paste into each chocolate mold. 
  9. Place in the fridge and let set for around 1 hour.
  10. take out of your molds and cut into sections or break up into chunks for a raw finish. 
  11. you can store in your fridge for up to 10 days if you don't use the blueberries and this chocolate will keep in the freezer for weeks.

From Earth White Mulberry & Blueberry Raw Cacao Chocolate

Ingredients: 
  • 500g block of organic cacao butter 
  • 1 cup of organic cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic ground vanilla bean 
  • 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon spices 
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cardamon spices 
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cumin spices 
  • 2 dessert spoons or raw organic honey 
  • 200g organic sun dried white mulberries 
  • 1 cup of organic blueberries 
Method:
  1. bring a large saucepan of water to a simmer.
  2. in your large mixing bowl add your chopped up block of cacao butter & slowly melt over the simmering water. The trick is to let it temper slowly over a low heat so you retain all of those glorious nutrients.

  9. take out of your molds and cut into sections or break up into chunks for a raw finish. 
  10. you can store in your fridge for up to 10 days if you don't use the blueberries and this chocolate will keep in the freezer for weeks.

Banarama Fig & Coconut Paleo Pancakes


From Earth Banarama Paleo Pancakes 







Ingredients:

3 large bananas 
2 free range organic eggs or duck eggs
2 dessert spoons of coconut flour 
1 dessert spoon of LSA OR Almond Meal 
1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
1 scoop of Sunwarrior vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder 
4 organic sun dried figs (soak over night) or 1/2 cup blueberries 

Method:

1. in your large mixing bowl mash your three bananas. Once smooth add in your 2 eggs & whip with a fork until smooth.
2. chop up your soaked figs & add into the mash.
3. add in your coconut flour & mix thoroughly. (tip) for a smoother consistency sift in the flour to reduce lumpies.
4. let your batter rest for around 5 minutes.
5. Heat your fry pan at a moderate heat with your extra virgin coconut oil.
6. Add into two table spoons of your batter at a time and cook on each side for around 3 minutes. 
7. Stack on your serving plate and add some fresh berries to serve and a sprinkle of cacao powder.
